I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and the beds were really comfortable, making for a nice sleep. However, the overall look felt a bit dated, almost like stepping back in time. The staff seemed a bit preoccupied, but they were willing to help when we needed to change our rooms. On the bright side, the breakfast was exceptional and definitely a highlight of my stay.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were cozy and had comfortable beds, but the decor felt outdated, resembling something from the 1950s.
Service
6.0
The staff was somewhat preoccupied but friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to room changes.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was convenient, right by the intersection of two main highways, making it easy to get around, but it could be noisy at times.
Dining

Breakfast was top-class, with a fantastic selection that exceeded my expectations.
Facilities
7.0
While the facilities themselves weren’t highlighted, the overall cleanliness contributed positively to the experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location was quite convenient for a quick rest along the Park boundary with the Eyre Highway, which made it easy to access. The staff was prompt in addressing maintenance issues. However, the room I stayed in was quite disappointing, damp, and had bugs on the walls, which significantly impacted my comfort. While the service was decent, communication could definitely be improved.

Rooms
5.0
The room I had was large but damp, with visible bugs on the wall and spider webs in the corners. It felt cramped as there wasn't much space to place my suitcase and the bathroom lacked any counter space for my essentials. Overall, I would rate it poorly due to these issues.
Service
6.0
Service was average; I appreciated the quick maintenance responses, and it was nice that they turned on the air conditioner before my arrival. However, the communication about check-in times felt confusing, leaving me a bit frustrated.
Location

The hotel's location was quite convenient for a rest stop along the highway. It was quiet, which I appreciated for a good night's sleep.

The basic facilities were acceptable, but nothing out of the ordinary stood out. A bit more effort in upkeep would go a long way.

I stayed here while passing through town and had mixed feelings about my experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the constant noise from the doors was quite distracting. The staff was kind, but their email communication was a bit confusing. The location was convenient for parking my car safely, but it felt a bit isolated from more vibrant areas. Overall, it’s decent value for a short stay, just not without its quirks.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I found the door mechanism to be quite loud, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
Service

The staff was easygoing and friendly, but I found the email confusion regarding check-in and check-out times a bit frustrating.
Location

The hotel is centrally located, which allowed me to park my hybrid van safely while staying. However, it felt a bit remote from lively areas.

I stayed in the caravan park area, which was surprisingly pleasant compared to my cabin. Although I appreciated the basic amenities for a one-night stay, my cabin was in dire need of replacement. On the upside, I found it quite homey with the unexpected kitchen facilities like a microwave and sink. However, disturbances from the main road made it tough to get a good night's sleep, and I felt the price was a bit high for what I received.

Rooms
5.0
I was placed in a cabin that desperately needed updates, while the caravan park grounds felt much nicer. It offered basic accommodation but wasn't ideal for comfort due to noise from the nearby road.
Service
7.0
The staff were very accommodating and even adjusted my room booking mistake smoothly. They went out of their way to make my stay pleasant, but I wish they had helped me move to a quieter cabin.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location is convenient, right on the main road, which is handy when needing to travel early. However, the presence of cobwebs in some areas suggested a need for better maintenance.
Dining
9.0
I was pleasantly surprised by the dining experience, as the food cooked by the park manager was fantastic with a great selection to choose from. This was an unexpected bonus during my stay.
Facilities
5.0
While the basic facilities were adequate for a quick stay, they didn't feel upscale or modern. Still, having a microwave and utensils was a nice touch.

The stay was somewhat mixed. The room we had originally booked was not up to par, and we ended up needing to upgrade, which came at a hefty price. However, the later room was much better and clean, making up for the initial disappointment. The staff was nice and accommodating, but the overall value for the money wasn’t ideal given the upgrade cost.

Rooms
5.0
Initially, our room was not acceptable and felt like a dump, so we had to pay quite a bit more to get an upgrade, which was much cleaner and comfortable.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and willing to help us change rooms after a booking error, which was appreciated.
Location
6.0
The hotel was on the outskirts of town and along the park boundary, making it a bit hard to navigate without a map, but it was easy to access the main road when we needed to leave early.
